Profile Composites North America, Inc. (PCNA) will be providing jobs for veterans, making high tech assistive devices that support Wounded Warriors, and developing the advanced composites manufacturing industry in Kitsap County, Washington.    In July, 2011, PCNA launched its first training program in a unique public-private partnership with Olympic College, funded by a Workforce Investment Act grant from Governor Gregoire.

The initial manufacturing team selected from the training group will immediately begin manufacturing a patent-pending sport crutch for which it will be the sole source supplier in the U.S.  Currently in development is the second product, which is also an assistive device with substantially reduced weight due to the use of advanced composites. Concurrently, PCNA is engaged in research to develop advanced composite products in other areas, such as aerospace, which will allow spinoff companies to provide expanding job opportunities for our veterans. Our mission is to develop a thriving advanced composites industry in Kitsap County, with a focus on veterans helping veterans.
